Eseta Enesi
Eseta hails from the village of Leone and is a proud member of our front desk team. Serving as our Office Manager, Eseta oversees scheduling and provides support with a variety of administrative tasks. She joined our team in 2023 after earning her Liberal Arts degree from ASCC. Eseta plans to further her education in sustainability and/or public health, and is currently gaining valuable experience while supporting our mission to serve the community.
Dr. Toko & Semalama Sagapolutele Sipeli’i
Dr. Toko Sipeli’i, B.D.S, is the founder and primary dentist at Island Smiles Sipelii Dental Clinic, located in Pavaia’i Village, American Samoa. With a strong background in general dentistry and years of experience at the Fagaalu LBJ Tropical Medical Center Dental Clinic, Dr. Sipelii established Island Smiles in 2014 to expand orthodontic services and continue serving his community with high-quality, patient-centered care. He is skilled in preventive, restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic procedures, and remains committed to improving oral health across the island.
He is joined by his wife, Semalama Sagapolutele Sipeli’i, who brings expertise in finance, HR management, and accounting. Together, they manage Island Smiles Sipelii Dental Clinic with a shared dedication to professionalism, compassion, and community well-being.
Motutama Sipeli’i
Motu is from the villages of Utulei and Leone. He works remotely, supporting a variety of operations tasks such as data management, managing our social media platforms, research, and other activities. He recently graduated with his MPH from the OHSU–PSU School of Public Health in Portland, Oregon.
Motu plans to pursue medical school one day and is currently taking gap years to gain additional experience in biomedical research and to give back to the community that helped him get to where he is today. He is a proud member of our operations team and is excited to see the clinic grow and continue serving our people.
