Dr. Toko Sipelii, B.D.S, is the founder and primary dentist at Island Smiles Sipelii Dental Clinic, located in Pavaia’i Village, American Samoa. With a strong background in general dentistry and years of experience at the Fagaalu LBJ Tropical Medical Center Dental Clinic, Dr. Sipelii established Island Smiles in 2014 to expand orthodontic services and continue serving his community with high-quality, patient-centered care. He is skilled in preventive, restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic procedures, and remains committed to improving oral health across the island.

He is joined by his wife, Semalama Sagapolutele Sipelii, who brings expertise in finance, HR management, and accounting. Together, they manage Island Smiles Sipelii Dental Clinic with a shared dedication to professionalism, compassion, and community well-being.
